Hello, Iām Victoria!
I'm a UX researcher and designer powered by curiosity, psychology, and an almost concerning number of follow-up questions.
I genuinely love figuring out why people do what they do. My psychology background taught me how humans think, my UX experience taught me how to turn those insights into better products, and my natural curiosity makes it nearly impossible for me to stop asking, "But... why?"
When I'm not interviewing users, synthesizing research, or convincing everyone that one more usability test is absolutely worth it, you'll probably find me singing, playing guitar, trying a new recipe, hiking with my family, or getting way too competitive over a board game or video game.
I believe the best products happen when empathy meets evidence. My favorite part of UX is connecting the dots between what people say, what they actually do, and what they really need. There's nothing more satisfying than turning a giant wall of sticky notes into an "Aha!" moment that helps both users and the business.

š§š· Born in Brazil, raised in Georgia.
š§ Psychology graduate turned UX researcher.
š Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

š¶ Human and dog mom to my favorite tiny sidekicks.
š Glass-half-full optimist and unapologetic cow enthusiast.
Outside of UX, I'm an avid gamer, FX makeup artist, amateur chef, professional music-lover, and lifelong student of people. I believe every conversation has something to teach us, and I'm endlessly fascinated by the way humans think, behave, and connect.
My personal philosophy? Embrace failure. I'm not a great dancer, but that has never stopped me from dancing anyway. The best stories, the biggest lessons, and the most meaningful growth usually start with being willing to look a little silly. I'd rather try, learn, and laugh than wonder "what if?"
